I just want to ask help from anyone here. I badly need it! Here's my current delema:

WHO :      NORHANA W. HAJAL (Filipino) – Nursing Director’s Secretary  VS. MADINA NATIONAL HOSPITAL
WHERE:   MADINA AL MUNAWWARAH, K.S.A
WHEN:     AUGUST 24, 2011 Till DECEMBER 03, 2012. Stop work on December 04, 2012 UNTIL PRESENT
WHAT:     WORKING WITHOUT IQAAMA “RESIDENCE PERMIT” SINCE ARRIVAL.

WHY and HOW:       The problem was about my Visa which is “Assitant Nurse” that the Hospital used for me. Accordingly, the rulings now in Jawasat is, if the Visa is under Medical Field, the staff must have license either Saudi Council or Prometric Exam. Now, I cannot take exam here in Saudi because their requirement is to have an authenticated COE (Redribbon with authentication from Saudi Embassy). But the person who is responsible for authentication of applicant’s documents in our agency told me that I am going to work as ‘Secretary’ so there is no need to authenticate my nursing documents such as Certificate of Employment. Even If I ask somebody in Philippines to authenticate it for me, still it will not be valid because they are requiring “2 YEARS EXPERIENCE FROM THE PLACE OF ORIGIN”. And when I arrived here, it was still 1 year from the date of my graduation (2010).  Therefore, there is really no way of having the Residence Permit and the Hospital did nothing to fix my issue while I'm working here. My employer (Nursing Director) did not bother too to solve my problem. Just she let me continue working without Iqaama.

So, on June 2012, that was two months before 1 year of working here, I wrote a letter addressed to my Employer that I should go exit on August but she refused and extended it till October. Then, two months before October, again I wrote another letter but still she refused it and promised me to let me go on November. Then, on November, the exit application was sent to personnel and they already booked my flight on November 29 but 10 days before my flight again she postponed it and told me to extend it till end of December. On December 03, she talked to me and told me to extend it again till end of January 2013. But this time, I’m fed up and did not agree anymore. So, on the same day, I wrote letter to her that if she will not let me go on end of December, I will stop working on the following day. So then, on December 04, I started not to work. Finally, she agreed and asked the personnel to book for me as soon as possible.

Then, the problem began. Now, I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months but still the personnel are not yet done on solving my issue. The Jawasat can’t issue exit visa for me because of having no iqaama. Then, I sought the help of my agency but there was no response from them. Then about 1 month and 2 weeks, the personnel said, they paid already the issuance of my iqaama. Just they are waiting now for the response of the Labor office. Accordingly, my name must appear in their internet system before the Jawasat can fully issue exit visa for me. When I ask them when it will be possible, they said they don’t know. So now, it is almost 3 months that I don't have work and no Salary waiting for the response of Labor Office. I almost follow up my case everyday in personnel but they just said still no answer from the Labor. Also, I already asked help from the Philippine Embassy, they came here but they cannot do anything because the HR is throwing the problem to the Saudi Labor Office saying that this is not from their hand, it's from Labor Office.

Hoping somebody could help me or give an advice to me on what should I do. Or anyone of you knows someone working in Labor Office, could you please ask them about my case. Accordingly, it is just a matter of entering my name on their website. But those staff are delaying it for no reason. Please, Please Help me...
