Assalam u alaikum.I am working as maintenance engineer in construction company.My iqama status is green. Iqama will expire in 6 months.My company is paying salaries very late.This time salaries of nmore then 4 months are remaining to pay.I want to ask you ,can anyone tell me that can i change my company on the basis of delayed salaries for 4 months without the permission of present employer.If,YES,then what is the process...Kindly help me..I am so tired
