dear gentlemen , i would like to ask about the calculation of end of service benefits , as i complete 5 years work in KSA , and i would like to go for final exit  ,my iqama will expire on November 2012 , and i have doubt that HR department is cheating in benefits calculation , because they charge tickets and 2 month damages

so if you please advice on proper way to go exit
