Going to Dubai when Saudi Visa and Iqama is Valid
My brother in law is working in saudi. his salary is too low and he is willing to change his company. But the company is denying to give him exit. If he is going for vacation by Rentry Visa and arranging any visa for dubai or any other countries, is there any problem to go to dubai or other middleast countries.

Sir, my brother is in Dubai so how can i go to dubai for a month to see my brother and his family .what is the paper i need and now iam working kingdom of Saudi Arabia(KSA)

You can enter GCC (middle east) countries without any problem. but if you want to come back to Saudi you need to wait 2 years.
If you get final exit and get a NOC from the current employer you can come back to Saudi with another sponsor visa.
If you get final exit and get a NOC from the current employer you can come back to Saudi with another sponsor visa.
