sir my name is harvinder singh.my iqama no is 2295872655.i am working in AL OMRAN INDUSTRIES &TRADING CO riyadh for the last 33 months.i am working in this co from the first day in saudi arabia.this co is giving me the salary and medical benifits.my passport is also taken by this co.now my iqama is  finished from the last 6 months.co nither giving me the leave nor exit.i had also given the exit letter on 19 january2013.now co is asking that your visa is from dammam and that co is not registerd.actually there is a three patners in al omran co.one of the partner opend a little co in dammam in the name of CITY OF SUPPLIES.my visa is from tha co. Co is not migrate my iqama. sir pl advise me what can i do now. i want to go home early because my mother is very ill.can i take some legal action against co.if yes, on witch co i can take the action. your prompt reply will really help me thanks and regards.
