Hi my quistion is regarding the  Iqama, if the Iqama not renew until the end  of the grace piriod  by July 3 what is the liavitlity of the company? the main concern is the police or Jawasat is keeping us in Jail when they caugth us in check point until the company is able to release us.it is not our responsibility to do the renewal. why did not impose strict finalty to the company enstead putting us in jail.it is unfair if the employee is legally work on his /her employer,,,
