premeditaded termination and unwillingness to pay fair compensation
DEAR SIRS,

I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH A BIG GROUP OF COMPANIES IN EASTERN PROVINCE AS AN EXECUTIVE DUTY MANAGER. I WAS FOOLED INTO SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND PERSONNALY WAS NOT 100%COMFORTABLE BUT I HAD TO TAKE THE RISK FOR I HAVE KIDS TO FEED AND PAY FOR UNIVERSITIES AND SCHOOLING FEES.
AFTER 2 AND A HALF MONTH AND JUST AFTER I TURNED IN A STUDY FOR TWO FACTORIES I WAS ORDERED TO DO BY THE GROUP GM&OWNER, I WAS INFORMED OF MY TERMINATION FOR NOT BEING UP TO STANDARDS. KNOWING THIS WAS ALL A SCAM TO AVOID PAYING CONSULTATION FEES NORMALLY OVER 250,000 SR FOR THIS STUDY, AND THE HUMILIATION AND PUBLIC INSULTS I FACED DURING MY WORK BECAUSE I REPORTED THE FACTS AS I SAW THEM WITH ALL HONESTY, ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM WHICH MADE THE FACTORIES G.M ANGRY.
WAS ALSO THREATENED TO BE CAUGHT BY POLICE IF I DO NOT BRING OMRA RESERVATION AT A SET TIME BEFORE I EXIT, THEN MY CALCULATED FINAL SETTLEMNT SHOWED ONLY ONE MONTH SALARY AND THE DUE VACATION DAYS FOR THE WORKED PERIOD.
I HAVE READ THE WORK LAW DURING MY SHORT WORK PERIOD AND KNOW THAT IF A TRIAL PERIOD IS MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT AND MY SERVICES WERE ENDED BEFORE THE END OF TRIAL PERIOD,THEN I AM NOT ALLOWED ANY COMPENSATION. IN MY CASE NO MENTION OF TRIAL PERIOD AT ALL. AND I BELIEVE I HAVE RIGHTS TO GET A MONTH NOTICE PAID AND END OF SERVICE COMPENSATION, NOT TO MENTION THE CONTRACT IS FOR 2 YEARS.
I DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN THE STUDY AFTER 28 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT BUSINESS AROUND THE WORLD AND IN GCC AND AS FAR AS I KNOW, IF THEY WERE SMART ENOUGH TO EVALUATE MY PERFORMANCE AS NOT UP TO STANDARDS, SO WHY WHY THEY INVITE ME TO WORK FOR THEM KNWING IT IS MENTIONED IN MY C,V. THAT I AM WORKING AS A CONSULTANT FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS.
NOW I AM STUCK AT HOME, HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ALL  THE 3 MONTH ALLOWANCE, I PAID 6 MONTH RENT AND FEES ONLY, THE REMAINING UNPAID ALLOWANCE IS MORE THAN 50% THEY KEPT.
PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I SHOULD DO AND WHAT I AM ENTITLED BY LAW TO BE PAID.
