I'm a Filipino worker here at Saudi.I would like to ask about our salary issuing date.

Since i started work in my company our salary gives every 11th-12th of the month, after several months it became 15th of the month.And lately when 15th of the month comes i ask them if we have salary they answered to me is "salary will be given on 25th of the month". How come is this they don't have an specific or fix date for the salary.. I have a family also and two kids left in the Philippines, their just depending on my monhtly salary for their monthly needs.

I hope you can help me or give an advise in this problem where facing today. Even our other co-workers different nationality also complaining for the over delaying salary of our company. Thank you for your time to read this, i wish you can support us..
