assalamo alaikom, i am Mr. Aliman T. Matanog, presently working in jeddah, Saudi arabia and my contract will expired soon in September 20 this year. my question is how can i transfer to another company and release from my previous company that my employer is unable to release me for such reason? in other words he will not release me but my contract is finish already but rather sending me to my homeland.. but i can not go back to my homeland cause its hard to apply due to problem with runaway worker still i am affected, last 3 days ago 5 filipino has come but jawasat send them in Philippines again but they are exit in their previous company without cases mentioned... somebody help me please!!!
