Assalam Alaikum to every body I want to ask a question if somebody can give me correct answer, I came to Saudi Arabia on freelancer visa in 1992 after eight months i got a job in one company and now almost 20 years working in this company. Now I want to leave this company because the manager is not increasing my salary since long time I have my family here with me.

Before 4 years i found a good job that company they ask me for transfer iqama to them but my present employer manager refuse to give me transfer he said we send u exit or work here with us.

I have heard from the people that my manager can not send me exit because i am not on their visa i was freelancer before and i transfer my sponsorship. I can complain in the labor office about this.

please can somebody give me the correct answer that in this situation can they send me exit or not.

for me i dont like to go exit, I want to leave this company and like to find some good job and good company so that I can transfer my iqama there.
